YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分為液（yè）壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水（shuǐ）箱係統等五（wǔ）大係統，由機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊（jǐn）油缸、升降油缸、牽（qiān）引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵（bèng）及（jí）電機、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控（kòng）製係統、試驗壓力計量等（děng）組成。

閥門強度試（shì）驗（PS）是按各（gè）通徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥（fá）門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋（wén）式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力（lì）性能試驗。

¤兼備夾（jiá）爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊（jǐn）式工作（zuò），將試（shì）驗（yàn）工件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功能，特別適應（yīng）氣體（tǐ）壓力試（shì）驗，操（cāo）作（zuò）使用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使（shǐ）用。

¤沉水式液壓測試（shì）台試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選（xuǎn）擇（zé）。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試（shì）壓安全保護裝置。

¤可（kě）訂配智能檢測（cè）數據管理係統。
