YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試（shì）台分為液壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係（xì）統、水箱係統等五大係統，由機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸、升（shēng）降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移（yí）動油缸、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵（bèng）、油泵及電機、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控（kòng）製係統、電氣控（kòng）製係統、試驗壓力計量等（děng）組成（chéng）。

閥（fá）門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公（gōng）稱（chēng）壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行（háng）強度性能試驗。

¤適用於小口（kǒu）徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等（děng）閥門的壓（yā）力性能試驗。

¤兼（jiān）備夾爪（zhǎo）抱壓式（shì）與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣體壓力試驗（yàn），操（cāo）作（zuò）使用方便。

¤係統內配置（zhì）高，低（dī）壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉（chén）水式液壓測試台試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液（yè）壓測試台設（shè）有（yǒu）試壓安全保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測（cè）數據管理（lǐ）係統。
