YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分為液（yè）壓係統、電氣係統、機械（xiè）係統、測壓係統（tǒng）、水箱係統等五大係統，由機（jī）架（jià）、水箱、左右工（gōng）作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽（qiān）引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥（fá）、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質（zhì）控製管路及控製閥（fá）、液壓控製係統、電氣控製係統、試驗壓力（lì）計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密封試驗（yàn）（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性（xìng）能試驗（yàn）。

¤兼備夾（jiá）爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉（zhuǎn）功能（néng），特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓水泵供壓裝置（zhì），試驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液（yè）壓測試台設（shè）有試壓安全保護裝置（zhì）。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理（lǐ）係統。
