YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分為液（yè）壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水（shuǐ）箱係統等五大係統，由機架（jià）、水（shuǐ）箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻（fān）轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管路（lù）及控製閥（fá）、低壓水（shuǐ）泵、高壓水泵（bèng）、油泵及電機、試驗介質控（kòng）製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控製係統、試（shì）驗壓（yā）力計（jì）量等（děng）組成。

閥門（mén）強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓（yā）力值(MPa)x1.5倍進（jìn）行強度性能試（shì）驗（yàn）。

¤適用於小口徑閥（fá）門通（tōng）徑：DN15/100法（fǎ）蘭式、焊接（jiē）式、內外（wài）螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性（xìng）能試（shì）驗。

¤兼備夾（jiá）爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式（shì）工作，將試驗工件沉入水箱中，可（kě）上（shàng）下升降及（jí）90度翻轉功（gōng）能，特別（bié）適應氣體壓力試（shì）驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓（yā）水泵供壓裝置，試驗介（jiè）質循環貯存使用。

¤沉（chén）水式液壓測試台試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶（hù）任（rèn）意（yì）選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試壓安全保（bǎo）護裝置。

¤可訂配（pèi）智能檢測數據管理係統。
