YFA-FQ型沉（chén）水式液壓測試台分為液壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水（shuǐ）箱係統等五大係統，由機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾（jiá）緊油缸（gāng）、升降（jiàng）油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移（yí）動油缸、試驗介質（zhì）控製管路及控製閥、低（dī）壓水泵、高壓水泵、油（yóu）泵及電機、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控製係統、試驗壓力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥（fá）門密（mì）封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力（lì）值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接（jiē）式、內（nèi）外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓（yā）力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾（jiá）爪抱壓式與（yǔ）頂壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下升降（jiàng）及90度翻轉功能，特（tè）別適應氣體壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低（dī）壓水泵供壓裝置，試（shì）驗介質循環（huán）貯（zhù）存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試壓介質（zhì）為水、氣，由（yóu）用戶任（rèn）意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試（shì）壓安全保護（hù）裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據（jù）管理係統。
