YFA-FQ型沉（chén）水式液壓測試台分為液壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係（xì）統、水箱係統等五大係統，由機架、水（shuǐ）箱（xiāng）、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵（bèng）、油泵及電機、試驗介質控製管路及（jí）控製閥（fá）、液壓控製係統、電氣控製係統、試（shì）驗壓力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑（jìng）規格閥（fá）門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值（zhí）(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力（lì）性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱（bào）壓（yā）式（shì）與頂壓（yā）壓緊式工作，將試驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度（dù）翻轉功能，特別適（shì）應氣體壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓水泵供壓（yā）裝置，試驗介質（zhì）循環貯存使用。

¤沉水式（shì）液壓測試台試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇（zé）。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試壓安全保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管（guǎn）理係統。
