YFA-FQ型沉水式（shì）液壓測試台分為（wéi）液壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等（děng）五大係統（tǒng），由機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油（yóu）缸、升降（jiàng）油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控製係統、試驗壓力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是（shì）按各通徑規（guī）格閥門密封試驗（yàn）（PN）的公（gōng）稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行（háng）強度性能試驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式（shì）、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪（zhǎo）抱壓式與頂壓壓緊（jǐn）式工作，將試驗工件沉入水（shuǐ）箱中（zhōng），可上下升降及90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操作（zuò）使用（yòng）方便。

¤係統內配置（zhì）高，低（dī）壓水泵供（gòng）壓（yā）裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意（yì）選擇。

¤沉水式液（yè）壓測試台設有（yǒu）試壓安全保護裝置（zhì）。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理係統（tǒng）。
