YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測（cè）試台分為液壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等五大係統，由機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降（jiàng）油（yóu）缸（gāng）、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試（shì）驗介質控製管路及控製閥（fá）、低壓水（shuǐ）泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質控製管（guǎn）路及控製閥（fá）、液壓控製係統、電氣（qì）控製（zhì）係統、試驗壓力（lì）計量等組成（chéng）。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥（fá）門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度（dù）性能試驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓（yā）緊式工作（zuò），將試驗工（gōng）件沉入水箱中，可上（shàng）下（xià）升降（jiàng）及90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣（qì）體壓力試驗，操作使用方（fāng）便。

¤係統內（nèi）配置高，低壓水泵供壓（yā）裝置，試（shì）驗介質循環（huán）貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試（shì）壓介（jiè）質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇（zé）。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有（yǒu）試壓安（ān）全保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理係統。
