YFA-FQ型沉（chén）水式液壓測試台分為液壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統（tǒng）、測壓係統、水箱係統等（děng）五大係統，由機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸（gāng）、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試（shì）驗介質控製管路及（jí）控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電（diàn）機、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統（tǒng）、電氣控製係（xì）統、試驗壓力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值（zhí）(MPa)x1.5倍（bèi）進行強度性能試驗。

¤適用於（yú）小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式（shì）、焊接式（shì）、內外螺紋式（shì）鍛（duàn）鋼等閥門的壓力性能試（shì）驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂（dǐng）壓壓（yā）緊（jǐn）式工作，將試驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉（zhuǎn）功（gōng）能（néng），特別適（shì）應氣體壓力試驗，操作（zuò）使用方便。

¤係統內（nèi）配（pèi）置高，低壓水（shuǐ）泵供（gòng）壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台（tái）試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶（hù）任意選擇。

¤沉水式（shì）液壓測試（shì）台設有（yǒu）試壓（yā）安全保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢（jiǎn）測數據（jù）管理係統。
