YFA-FQ型（xíng）沉水式液壓測（cè）試台（tái）分為（wéi）液壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測（cè）壓（yā）係統、水箱係統等五大係統，由機架、水箱、左右工作（zuò）盤、夾緊油缸、升降（jiàng）油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸（gāng）、移動油（yóu）缸、試驗介質控製管路（lù）及控製閥、低壓（yā）水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統（tǒng）、電氣控製係統、試驗壓（yā）力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑（jìng）規格閥門密（mì）封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行（háng）強度性能（néng）試驗（yàn）。

¤適用於小口（kǒu）徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法（fǎ）蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼（gāng）等閥門的壓力（lì）性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功能，特別（bié）適應氣（qì）體壓力（lì）試驗，操作使用方便（biàn）。

¤係統內配置高，低壓（yā）水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測（cè）試台設（shè）有試壓安全保（bǎo）護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理（lǐ）係統。
