YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分為液壓（yā）係統（tǒng）、電（diàn）氣（qì）係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等五大係統，由（yóu）機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管路及（jí）控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係（xì）統（tǒng）、電氣控製係統、試驗壓力計量等組成。

閥（fá）門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格（gé）閥門（mén）密（mì）封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

¤適用於小（xiǎo）口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外（wài）螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼（jiān）備夾爪抱（bào）壓式與頂壓壓緊式工（gōng）作，將試驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功（gōng）能，特別適應氣體（tǐ）壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循（xún）環貯（zhù）存使用。

¤沉水式液壓（yā）測試（shì）台試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任（rèn）意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設（shè）有試壓安全保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理係（xì）統。
