YFA-FQ型沉（chén）水（shuǐ）式液壓測試台分為液壓（yā）係統、電氣係（xì）統（tǒng）、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱（xiāng）係統等五大係統（tǒng），由機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸（gāng）、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸（gāng）、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管路及控（kòng）製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質控（kòng）製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣（qì）控製係統、試驗壓力計量等組（zǔ）成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊（hàn）接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥（fá）門（mén）的壓力（lì）性能（néng）試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓（yā）式（shì）與頂（dǐng）壓（yā）壓緊式工作，將試驗工件沉入水（shuǐ）箱中，可上下升降（jiàng）及90度翻轉功能，特別（bié）適（shì）應氣體壓力試驗（yàn），操作使用（yòng）方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循環（huán）貯存使用。

¤沉水式（shì）液壓測試台試壓介（jiè）質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試壓安全保護裝置（zhì）。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理（lǐ）係統。
