YFA-FQ型沉（chén）水式液壓測（cè）試台分為液壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓（yā）係統、水箱係統等五大（dà）係統，由（yóu）機架、水箱、左右工作（zuò）盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管（guǎn）路及控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及（jí）電機、試驗（yàn）介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓（yā）控（kòng）製係統、電氣控製係統、試驗壓力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是（shì）按各通（tōng）徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力（lì）值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥門（mén）通徑：DN15/100法蘭式（shì）、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式（shì）工作，將（jiāng）試驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下升（shēng）降及90度（dù）翻（fān）轉功（gōng）能，特（tè）別適應氣（qì）體（tǐ）壓力試驗，操作使用（yòng）方便。

¤係統內配置高，低（dī）壓水（shuǐ）泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水式（shì）液壓測試台試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試壓安（ān）全保護裝置（zhì）。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理係統。
