YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分為液壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等五大係統，由（yóu）機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊（jǐn）油缸、升降油（yóu）缸、牽引油缸（gāng）、翻轉（zhuǎn）油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管路及控（kòng）製（zhì）閥、低壓水泵、高壓（yā）水泵、油泵及電機（jī）、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓（yā）控（kòng）製係統、電氣控製係統、試驗壓（yā）力計量等組成。

閥門強度試（shì）驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密封（fēng）試（shì）驗（PN）的公稱壓力值（zhí）(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

¤適用（yòng）於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊（hàn）接式、內外螺（luó）紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗（yàn）。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式（shì）工作，將試驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功（gōng）能，特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係（xì）統內配置高，低壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯（zhù）存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉（chén）水式液壓測試台設（shè）有試壓（yā）安全（quán）保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理（lǐ）係統。
