YFA-FQ型沉水（shuǐ）式液壓測試台分為液壓係統、電氣（qì）係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等五大係統，由（yóu）機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾（jiá）緊油缸、升降油（yóu）缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控（kòng）製管路（lù）及控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓（yā）控製係統、電氣控製係統、試驗壓力計量等組（zǔ）成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的（de）公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強（qiáng）度性（xìng）能試驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥門（mén）通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的（de）壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試（shì）驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下升降（jiàng）及90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓水泵供壓裝（zhuāng）置，試（shì）驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水（shuǐ）式液壓測試（shì）台試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液（yè）壓測試台設有試壓安全保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理係統。
