YFA-FQ型沉（chén）水式（shì）液壓測試台分為液壓係統、電氣係（xì）統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等五大係統，由機（jī）架、水箱（xiāng）、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸（gāng）、升降油缸、牽引油缸（gāng）、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管路及控製（zhì）閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油（yóu）泵及電機、試驗介質控製管路及（jí）控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控製係統、試驗壓力計量等組成。

閥門強度（dù）試驗（PS）是按各通（tōng）徑（jìng）規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

¤適（shì）用於小口徑閥門通徑（jìng）：DN15/100法蘭式（shì）、焊接式、內外螺（luó）紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力（lì）性能試驗。

¤兼（jiān）備夾爪抱壓式與頂（dǐng）壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下升降（jiàng）及（jí）90度翻轉功（gōng）能，特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內配置（zhì）高，低壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗（yàn）介質循環貯存使用（yòng）。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇（zé）。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試壓安全保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理係統。

¤It’s suitable for the pressure property test of the small caliber ball valve nominal diameter: DN15/100 flange type, welding type, inter and external thread type forge steel etc.
