YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分為液壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統（tǒng）等五大係統，由機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾（jiá）緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介（jiè）質控製管路及（jí）控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質控（kòng）製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係（xì）統、電氣（qì）控製係統、試驗壓力計（jì）量等組成。

閥門強（qiáng）度（dù）試（shì）驗（PS）是按各通（tōng）徑規（guī）格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公（gōng）稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度（dù）性能試驗。

¤適用於小（xiǎo）口徑閥（fá）門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼（jiān）備夾（jiá）爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將（jiāng）試驗工件沉（chén）入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功能（néng），特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內配置（zhì）高，低壓水（shuǐ）泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水式（shì）液壓測試（shì）台試壓介質為水、氣（qì），由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉（chén）水式液壓測試（shì）台設有試壓安全保護裝（zhuāng）置（zhì）。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理係統。
