YFA-FQ型沉水（shuǐ）式液壓測試台分為（wéi）液壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測（cè）壓（yā）係統、水箱係統等五大係統，由機架（jià）、水箱、左右工作盤、夾（jiá）緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸（gāng）、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管路及（jí）控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電（diàn）機、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控製係統、試驗壓力計量（liàng）等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試（shì）驗。

¤適用於小口（kǒu）徑閥門（mén）通徑（jìng）：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工（gōng）作，將試驗工件沉入水（shuǐ）箱中（zhōng），可上下升降及90度翻轉（zhuǎn）功能（néng），特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗（yàn）介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓（yā）測試台試壓介質（zhì）為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試（shì）台設有試壓安全保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能（néng）檢測（cè）數據管理係統。
