YFA-FQ型沉水式液（yè）壓測試台分（fèn）為液壓係（xì）統、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱（xiāng）係統等（děng）五大係統，由（yóu）機架、水箱、左右工（gōng）作盤（pán）、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動（dòng）油缸、試驗介質控製管路及（jí）控製閥、低壓水泵、高（gāo）壓水泵（bèng）、油泵及電機（jī）、試驗介質控製管路及（jí）控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控製係統、試驗壓（yā）力計（jì）量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密封（fēng）試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

¤適（shì）用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接（jiē）式、內外螺紋式鍛（duàn）鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾（jiá）爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工（gōng）作（zuò），將試（shì）驗工件沉（chén）入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣體壓力試（shì）驗，操（cāo）作使（shǐ）用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使（shǐ）用。

¤沉水式（shì）液壓測試台試壓介質為水、氣，由（yóu）用戶任（rèn）意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有（yǒu）試壓安全保護（hù）裝置。

¤可訂配智能（néng）檢測數據管理（lǐ）係統。
