YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓（yā）測試台分為液壓係統、電氣係統（tǒng）、機械係（xì）統、測壓係統、水箱係統等五大（dà）係統，由機架、水箱、左右工作（zuò）盤、夾緊油缸（gāng）、升降（jiàng）油缸（gāng）、牽引（yǐn）油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥（fá）、液壓控（kòng）製係統、電氣控製係（xì）統、試（shì）驗壓力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是（shì）按各通徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的（de）公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能（néng）試驗。

¤適用於（yú）小口徑（jìng）閥門通（tōng）徑：DN15/100法（fǎ）蘭式、焊接式（shì）、內外螺紋式鍛（duàn）鋼等閥門的（de）壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試（shì）驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉（zhuǎn）功能，特別適應氣體壓力試（shì）驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內（nèi）配置高，低壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓（yā）測試台試壓介質（zhì）為水（shuǐ）、氣，由用戶任意選擇（zé）。

¤沉水式液壓測（cè）試台設有（yǒu）試壓安全保（bǎo）護（hù）裝置。

¤可訂配（pèi）智能檢測數據管理係統。
