YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試（shì）台分為液壓係統、電氣（qì）係統、機（jī）械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等五大係統，由機架（jià）、水箱、左右工作盤（pán）、夾（jiá）緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸（gāng）、試驗介質控製管路及控製（zhì）閥、低壓水泵（bèng）、高（gāo）壓水泵、油泵及電機、試驗（yàn）介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控製係統、試驗（yàn）壓力計量等組成。

閥（fá）門強度試驗（PS）是按（àn）各通徑規格閥門密（mì）封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

沉水式液壓測試台性能特征 Performance feature

¤適用於（yú）小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛（duàn）鋼等閥門的壓力性能（néng）試驗（yàn）。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將（jiāng）試驗工件沉入（rù）水箱（xiāng）中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣體壓力（lì）試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內（nèi）配置高，低壓（yā）水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯（zhù）存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試壓（yā）介質（zhì）為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉（chén）水式液壓測試台設有試壓（yā）安（ān）全保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據（jù）管理係統。
