YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分為液壓係統、電氣（qì）係統（tǒng）、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等五大係統，由機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸（gāng）、牽引油缸、翻轉（zhuǎn）油缸、移動油（yóu）缸、試驗介質控製管路及控製（zhì）閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質（zhì）控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電（diàn）氣（qì）控製係統、試驗壓（yā）力計量（liàng）等組成（chéng）。

閥門（mén）強度試驗（PS）是按（àn）各通（tōng）徑規格閥門（mén）密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

沉水式液壓測試台性能特征 Performance feature

¤適用於小（xiǎo）口徑閥門通徑（jìng）：DN15/100法蘭式、焊（hàn）接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作（zuò），將試驗工件沉入水箱（xiāng）中，可上下升降及（jí）90度翻轉功能，特別適應（yīng）氣體壓力（lì）試驗，操作使用（yòng）方便。

¤係統內配置高，低（dī）壓（yā）水泵供壓裝置，試驗介（jiè）質循環貯存使用。

¤沉（chén）水式液壓測試（shì）台試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試壓安全保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理係統。
