YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分為液壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水（shuǐ）箱係（xì）統等五大係統，由機架、水（shuǐ）箱、左右工（gōng）作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介（jiè）質控（kòng）製管路（lù）及控製閥（fá）、低壓水泵、高（gāo）壓水泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質控製管（guǎn）路及控（kòng）製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控（kòng）製（zhì）係統、試驗壓力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按（àn）各通徑（jìng）規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

沉水式液壓測試台性能特征（zhēng） Performance feature

¤適（shì）用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式（shì）與頂（dǐng）壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉（zhuǎn）功能，特別適應（yīng）氣體壓力試驗，操作（zuò）使（shǐ）用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓水泵（bèng）供壓裝（zhuāng）置，試驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試壓（yā）介質為水、氣，由用戶任意（yì）選擇。

¤沉水式（shì）液壓測試台設有試壓安全（quán）保（bǎo）護裝置。

¤可（kě）訂配智能檢測數據管理係統。
