YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分為液壓（yā）係統、電氣係（xì）統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等五大係統，由機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管路及（jí）控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電（diàn）氣控製（zhì）係統、試驗壓力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密封試（shì）驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥門通（tōng）徑：DN15/100法（fǎ）蘭（lán）式、焊接式（shì）、內外螺紋（wén）式鍛鋼（gāng）等閥（fá）門的壓力性能試驗（yàn）。

¤兼備夾（jiá）爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功能，特別（bié）適應氣體壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓水泵供（gòng）壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試（shì）台試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試壓安全保護（hù）裝置。

¤可訂配智能（néng）檢測數據管理係統。
