YFA-FQ型（xíng）沉水式液壓測試台分為液壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統（tǒng）、測壓係（xì）統、水箱係統等（děng）五大係統，由機架（jià）、水箱、左右工（gōng）作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸（gāng）、試驗（yàn）介質控製管路及控製閥（fá）、低壓水泵、高（gāo）壓水泵（bèng）、油泵及電機、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統（tǒng）、電氣控（kòng）製係統、試驗壓力計量等組成（chéng）。

閥門強（qiáng）度試驗（yàn）（PS）是按各通徑規（guī）格閥門密封（fēng）試驗（PN）的公稱壓力（lì）值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試（shì）驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋（wén）式鍛鋼等（děng）閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件沉入水箱（xiāng）中，可上下升降（jiàng）及90度翻轉功（gōng）能，特別適應氣體（tǐ）壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓（yā）水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯存（cún）使（shǐ）用。

¤沉水式液壓測（cè）試台試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選（xuǎn）擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試壓安全保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管（guǎn）理（lǐ）係統。
