YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分為液壓係統、電氣係統、機（jī）械係統、測壓（yā）係統、水箱係（xì）統等五大係統，由機（jī）架、水箱、左右工作盤（pán）、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉（zhuǎn）油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質（zhì）控製管路及控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油（yóu）泵及電機、試驗介質控製管路及（jí）控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控製係統、試驗壓力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密封試（shì）驗（yàn）（PN）的公稱（chēng）壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進（jìn）行（háng）強度性能試驗（yàn）。

¤適用於小（xiǎo）口（kǒu）徑閥門通（tōng）徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛（duàn）鋼等閥門（mén）的（de）壓力性能（néng）試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作（zuò），將試驗工件沉入水箱（xiāng）中，可上下（xià）升降及90度翻轉功（gōng）能，特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操（cāo）作使用方便。

¤係統（tǒng）內配置高，低壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試壓介質為水、氣，由用（yòng）戶任意選擇（zé）。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有（yǒu）試壓安全保護裝置。

¤可訂（dìng）配智能檢測數據管理係（xì）統。
