YFA-FQ型沉水式（shì）液（yè）壓測試台分為液壓係統、電氣係統、機械（xiè）係統（tǒng）、測壓係統、水（shuǐ）箱係統（tǒng）等五大（dà）係統，由機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引（yǐn）油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管路及控製（zhì）閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及（jí）電機、試驗（yàn）介（jiè）質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控製係統、試驗壓（yā）力（lì）計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格（gé）閥門密封試驗（yàn）（PN）的公稱壓力（lì）值(MPa)x1.5倍進（jìn）行強度性能試驗。

沉水式液壓測試台性能特征 Performance feature

¤適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺（luó）紋式鍛鋼等閥門的（de）壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣（qì）體壓力試驗，操（cāo）作使用方便。

¤係統內配（pèi）置高，低壓水（shuǐ）泵（bèng）供壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測（cè）試台試壓介質為水（shuǐ）、氣，由用戶任意選擇（zé）。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試壓安（ān）全保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢（jiǎn）測數據（jù）管理係統。
