YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分為液壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等五大係統，由機架、水箱、左右（yòu）工作盤、夾緊油（yóu）缸、升降油缸、牽引（yǐn）油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控（kòng）製管路及控製（zhì）閥、低壓水泵、高（gāo）壓（yā）水泵、油泵及（jí）電機、試驗介質（zhì）控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控製係統（tǒng）、試驗壓力計（jì）量等組成。

閥（fá）門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密（mì）封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力（lì）值（zhí）(MPa)x1.5倍進（jìn）行強度性能試驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內（nèi）外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試（shì）驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件沉（chén）入（rù）水（shuǐ）箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉（zhuǎn）功能，特（tè）別適應氣體壓力試（shì）驗，操作使用方（fāng）便。

¤係統內配（pèi）置高，低壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗（yàn）介質循（xún）環（huán）貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試壓介質為（wéi）水、氣（qì），由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水（shuǐ）式液壓測試（shì）台設有試壓安全保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理（lǐ）係統。
