YFA-FQ型沉水（shuǐ）式液壓測試台分為液壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統（tǒng）等五大（dà）係統，由機（jī）架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾（jiá）緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉（zhuǎn）油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控（kòng）製管路及控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質控（kòng）製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控製係統、試驗壓力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按（àn）各通徑規格閥（fá）門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度（dù）性能試驗。

沉水式液壓測試台性能特征 Performance feature

¤適用（yòng）於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式（shì）、焊接式、內外螺紋（wén）式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能（néng）試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件（jiàn）沉入（rù）水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功（gōng）能，特別適應氣體壓力試（shì）驗，操（cāo）作使用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓水泵供壓裝置（zhì），試驗介質循環貯（zhù）存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試（shì）壓（yā）介質為水、氣，由（yóu）用戶任意（yì）選擇（zé）。

¤沉水（shuǐ）式液壓測試台設有試壓安全保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢（jiǎn）測數據管理係統。
