小口徑閥門測試台--YF-FQ型焊接沉水式白城閥門試壓機（jī）是羅浮閥門集團浙江白城西高泵（bèng）閥（fá）有限公司在多年（nián）生產閥門檢測設備的基礎上，為解決鍛鋼閥門製造廠、閥門使用等單位對無法蘭式J61、J63、Z61等閥門和法（fǎ）蘭式各種類（lèi）閥門能（néng）在一個測（cè）試（shì）機上進行（háng）檢測試驗的要求，按照《通用閥門的壓力試驗》和閥門的試驗與檢測的標準規範要求，設計製造頂壓式閥門打壓機。

羅浮閥門集團浙江西高泵（bèng）閥有限公司生產的小口徑閥門測試台集液壓、機電，試壓及液體介質貯存循環使（shǐ）用一體，具有結構合理、功能完善、操作方便等特點。小口徑閥門測（cè）試台產品廣泛應用公稱通徑DN15-100mm各（gè）類高中低壓閥門的強度試壓和密封性能試驗（yàn）。更高密封試驗壓力32.0MPa.強度試驗48.0MPa.

小口徑閥門測試台適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外（wài）螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

小口（kǒu）徑閥門測試機主要結構，軸（zhóu）向頂壓（yā）壓緊 

使用介質（zhì）水（shuǐ）(防腐水)循環使用，(氣（qì）源用戶自備)。 

使用介質水(防腐（fǔ）水)循環使用，(氣源用戶自備)。

配（pèi）高（gāo）低壓水泵，小口徑閥（fá）門測試台（tái）壓力表顯（xiǎn）示，讀數MPa,精度1.5級。 

小口徑閥門測試機兩側接（jiē）進氣接口和24V電源插板。

It especially uses to flange and butt butterfly valve pressure performance and flap open & close and electric device torque test.

It uses the medium water and gas (anticorrosive water) circulation use, (gas resource is prepared by users themselves) 

It fits the high and low pressure water pump, pressure meter displays, reading MPa precision 1.5 grade. 

It sets the trial pressure safe protection device.
