小口徑閥門測試台--YF-FQ型（xíng）焊接沉水式四平閥門試壓機是（shì）羅浮閥門集團（tuán）浙江四平（píng）西高（gāo）泵閥有限公司在多年生產閥門檢測設備（bèi）的（de）基礎上，為解決鍛鋼（gāng）閥（fá）門製造廠、閥門使用等（děng）單位對無法（fǎ）蘭式J61、J63、Z61等閥門和法蘭式（shì）各種類閥門能在一個測試機（jī）上進行檢測試（shì）驗的（de）要求，按照《通用閥門的壓力試驗》和閥門的試驗與檢測的標準規範要求，設計製造頂壓式閥門打壓機。

羅浮閥門集團浙江西高（gāo）泵閥有限公司生產的（de）小口徑閥門測（cè）試台集液壓、機電，試壓及液體介質貯（zhù）存循環使用一體，具有結構合理、功能完善、操作方便（biàn）等特點（diǎn）。小口徑閥門測試台產品廣泛應用（yòng）公稱（chēng）通徑DN15-100mm各（gè）類高中低（dī）壓閥門的強度試壓（yā）和密封性能試驗。更高密封試驗壓力32.0MPa.強度試驗48.0MPa.

小口徑閥（fá）門測試台適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接（jiē）式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的（de）壓力性能（néng）試（shì）驗。

小口徑閥門測（cè）試機主要結構，軸向頂壓壓緊 

使用介質水(防腐水)循環使用，(氣源用戶（hù）自備)。

配高低壓水泵，小口徑閥（fá）門（mén）測試台壓力表顯示，讀數MPa,精度1.5級。 

小口徑閥門測試機兩側接進氣接口和24V電源插板。

It especially uses to flange and butt butterfly valve pressure performance and flap open & close and electric device torque test.
