YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分為液壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等五（wǔ）大係統，由機架（jià）、水箱、左（zuǒ）右工作盤、夾緊油缸、升（shēng）降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油（yóu）缸、移動油缸、試驗（yàn）介質控製管路（lù）及控製閥、低壓水（shuǐ）泵、高壓水泵、油泵（bèng）及電機、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統（tǒng）、電氣控製係統（tǒng）、試驗壓力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通（tōng）徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公（gōng）稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進（jìn）行強度性能試驗。

¤適用於小口徑（jìng）閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內（nèi）外螺紋式鍛鋼（gāng）等閥門的壓力性能試（shì）驗。

¤兼備夾（jiá）爪（zhǎo）抱壓式與頂壓（yā）壓緊式工作，將試（shì）驗工（gōng）件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內（nèi）配置高，低壓水泵供壓裝置（zhì），試驗（yàn）介質循環貯（zhù）存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試（shì）壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意（yì）選擇。

¤沉（chén）水式液壓（yā）測試台設有試壓（yā）安全保護（hù）裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢（jiǎn）測數據（jù）管理係（xì）統。
