YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓（yā）測試台分為液壓（yā）係統、電氣（qì）係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等五（wǔ）大係統（tǒng），由機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸（gāng）、牽引油（yóu）缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質控製管（guǎn）路（lù）及控製閥、液壓控（kòng）製係統（tǒng）、電氣（qì）控製係統、試驗壓力計量等組成（chéng）。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥門通（tōng）徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊（hàn）接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等（děng）閥門的（de）壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試（shì）驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下（xià）升降（jiàng）及90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗介（jiè）質（zhì）循環貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試壓介質（zhì）為水、氣，由用戶任（rèn）意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台（tái）設有試壓安全保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理係統。
