YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分為液壓係統、電氣係（xì）統（tǒng）、機械係統（tǒng）、測（cè）壓係統、水箱係統等五大係統，由機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸（gāng）、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、低壓水泵（bèng）、高（gāo）壓水泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓（yā）控製係統、電（diàn）氣控製係統、試驗壓（yā）力計量等組（zǔ）成。

閥門強度試（shì）驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密封試（shì）驗（PN）的公稱（chēng）壓力值（zhí）(MPa)x1.5倍進（jìn）行強度（dù）性能試驗。

¤適用於（yú）小（xiǎo）口徑閥門通（tōng）徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能（néng）試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式（shì）工作，將試驗工件（jiàn）沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣體壓（yā）力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內（nèi）配置高，低壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循環（huán）貯存使用。

¤沉水（shuǐ）式液壓測試台試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓（yā）測試台設有試壓安全保護裝置（zhì）。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理係（xì）統。
