YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分（fèn）為液壓係統、電（diàn）氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等五大係統，由機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油（yóu）缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介（jiè）質（zhì）控製管路及控製閥、低壓水泵（bèng）、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電（diàn）氣控製係統（tǒng）、試驗壓力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密封試驗（yàn）（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力（lì）性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試（shì）驗工件沉入水箱中，可上（shàng）下升降及90度（dù）翻轉功能，特別適（shì）應氣體（tǐ）壓力試（shì）驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓（yā）測試台試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓（yā）測試台設有試壓安全保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理係統。
