YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分為液壓係統、電氣（qì）係統、機（jī）械係統、測壓係（xì）統、水箱係統等五大係統，由機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、低壓（yā）水（shuǐ）泵、高壓（yā）水泵、油（yóu）泵及（jí）電機、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控製係統、試驗（yàn）壓力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通（tōng）徑規（guī）格閥門密（mì）封（fēng）試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓（yā）力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓（yā）緊式工作（zuò），將試驗工件沉（chén）入水箱（xiāng）中，可上下升降（jiàng）及90度翻轉（zhuǎn）功能，特別適應（yīng）氣體壓（yā）力試驗，操（cāo）作使用方（fāng）便。

¤係（xì）統（tǒng）內配置高，低壓水泵供壓（yā）裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試（shì）壓介（jiè）質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液（yè）壓（yā）測試台設有試壓安全保護裝置。

¤可（kě）訂配智能（néng）檢（jiǎn）測數據管理係統。
