小口徑閥門測試台--YF-FQ型焊接沉水式佳木斯閥門試壓機是羅浮閥門集團浙江（jiāng）佳木斯西高泵閥有限公（gōng）司（sī）在多年生（shēng）產閥門檢測設（shè）備的基礎上，為解決鍛鋼閥門製造廠、閥門使用等單位對無法（fǎ）蘭式J61、J63、Z61等閥（fá）門和法蘭式各種類閥門能（néng）在一個測試機上進行檢測試驗的要求，按照（zhào）《通用閥門的壓力試驗》和閥門的試驗與檢測的標準規範要求，設（shè）計製造頂壓式閥門打壓機（jī）。

羅浮（fú）閥門（mén）集團浙江西高泵閥有限公司生產的小口徑閥（fá）門測試台集液壓、機電，試（shì）壓及液（yè）體介質貯存循（xún）環使用一體，具有結構合理、功能完（wán）善、操作方便等特點。小口徑閥門測試台產品廣泛應用公（gōng）稱通徑（jìng）DN15-100mm各類高中低壓（yā）閥門的強度試（shì）壓和密封性能試驗。更高密封試驗壓力32.0MPa.強度試驗48.0MPa.

小口徑閥（fá）門測（cè）試台適（shì）用於小口（kǒu）徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接（jiē）式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的（de）壓力性能試（shì）驗。

小口徑閥門測試機主要結構，軸向頂壓（yā）壓緊 

使用（yòng）介質水(防腐水)循（xún）環（huán）使用，(氣源用戶自備)。

配高低壓水泵，小口徑閥門測試台（tái）壓力表顯示，讀數MPa,精度1.5級。 

小口徑閥門測試機兩側接進氣接口和24V電源插（chā）板。

It especially uses to flange and butt butterfly valve pressure performance and flap open & close and electric device torque test.

It uses the medium water and gas (anticorrosive water) circulation use, (gas resource is prepared by users themselves) 

It fits the high and low pressure water pump, pressure meter displays, reading MPa precision 1.5 grade.
