小口徑閥門測（cè）試台--YF-FQ型焊接（jiē）沉水（shuǐ）式黑河閥門試壓機（jī）是羅浮（fú）閥門集團浙江黑河西高泵閥有限公司在多年生產閥門檢測設備的基礎上，為解決鍛鋼閥門製造廠、閥門使用等單位對（duì）無法蘭式J61、J63、Z61等閥門和法蘭式各種類閥門能在一個測試機上進行檢測試驗的要求，按照《通用閥門的壓力試驗》和（hé）閥門的試驗與檢（jiǎn）測的標準規範要求，設計製造頂壓式閥門打壓機。

羅浮閥門集團浙江西高泵（bèng）閥有限公司生（shēng）產的小口徑閥門（mén）測試台集液壓、機電，試壓及液體介（jiè）質貯（zhù）存循環（huán）使用一體，具有結構合理、功能（néng）完善、操作方便（biàn）等特點。小口徑閥門測試台產（chǎn）品廣泛（fàn）應用公稱通徑DN15-100mm各類（lèi）高中（zhōng）低壓閥門的（de）強度試壓（yā）和密封性能試驗。更高密（mì）封試驗壓力（lì）32.0MPa.強度試驗48.0MPa.

小口徑閥門測試（shì）台適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門（mén）的壓力性能試驗。

小口徑（jìng）閥門測試機主要結構，軸向頂壓壓緊（jǐn） 

使用介質水(防腐水)循環使用（yòng），(氣源用戶自備)。

配高低壓水泵，小口徑閥門測試台壓力表顯示，讀數MPa,精度1.5級。 

小口徑（jìng）閥門測試機兩側接進（jìn）氣接口和24V電源插板（bǎn）。

It especially uses to flange and butt butterfly valve pressure performance and flap open & close and electric device torque test. 

The main structures: axial press tight downwards, radial advance and retreat, working plate advance and retreat, upwards press tight 

It uses the medium water and gas (anticorrosive water) circulation use, (gas resource is prepared by users themselves) 

It fits the high and low pressure water pump, pressure meter displays, reading MPa precision 1.5 grade.
