YFA-FQ型沉水式液（yè）壓（yā）測（cè）試台分為液壓係統、電氣係（xì）統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等（děng）五大係統，由機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉（zhuǎn）油缸、移動油（yóu）缸、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵（bèng）、油泵及電（diàn）機、試驗介質控製管（guǎn）路及控製閥、液壓（yā）控製係（xì）統（tǒng）、電氣控（kòng）製係統（tǒng）、試驗（yàn）壓力計量等（děng）組成。

閥門（mén）強（qiáng）度試（shì）驗（PS）是按各通徑規格（gé）閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行（háng）強度（dù）性能（néng）試（shì）驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備（bèi）夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工（gōng）作，將試驗工（gōng）件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內（nèi）配置高，低壓（yā）水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測（cè）試台試（shì）壓介質為水（shuǐ）、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液（yè）壓測試（shì）台設有試壓安全保護裝置。

¤可（kě）訂配智能檢測數據管理係（xì）統。
