小口徑閥門測試台--YF-FQ型焊接沉水式新鄉閥門試壓機是羅浮閥（fá）門（mén）集團浙江新鄉西高泵閥有限公司（sī）在多年生產閥門檢測設備的基礎上（shàng），為解決鍛鋼閥門製（zhì）造廠、閥（fá）門使用等單位對無法蘭式J61、J63、Z61等閥門和法（fǎ）蘭式各種類閥門能在一個測試機上進（jìn）行檢測試驗的要（yào）求，按照（zhào）《通用閥門的壓力試驗》和（hé）閥門的試驗與（yǔ）檢測的標準規範要（yào）求，設（shè）計製造頂壓式閥門打壓機。

羅浮閥門集團浙江（jiāng）西高泵閥有（yǒu）限公司生（shēng）產（chǎn）的小口徑閥門測試台（tái）集液壓、機電，試壓及液體介質貯存循環使用一（yī）體，具有結構合理、功能（néng）完善、操作方便等特點。小口徑閥門測（cè）試台產品廣泛應用公稱通徑DN15-100mm各類高中低壓閥門的強度試壓和密封性能試驗。更高密封試驗壓力（lì）32.0MPa.強度試（shì）驗48.0MPa.

小口徑閥門測試（shì）台適（shì）用於小（xiǎo）口徑（jìng）閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式（shì）、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

小口徑閥（fá）門測試機（jī）主要結構，軸向頂壓壓緊 

使（shǐ）用介（jiè）質水(防腐水)循環使用，(氣源用戶自備)。 

使用（yòng）介質水(防腐水)循環（huán）使用，(氣源用戶自備)。

配高（gāo）低（dī）壓水泵，小口徑閥（fá）門測試台壓力（lì）表（biǎo）顯示，讀（dú）數MPa,精度1.5級。 

小口徑閥門測試（shì）機兩側接進氣接口和24V電（diàn）源插板。

It especially uses to flange and butt butterfly valve pressure performance and flap open & close and electric device torque test. 

The main structures: axial press tight downwards, radial advance and retreat, working plate advance and retreat, upwards press tight 

It uses the medium water and gas (anticorrosive water) circulation use, (gas resource is prepared by users themselves) 

It fits the high and low pressure water pump, pressure meter displays, reading MPa precision 1.5 grade. 

It sets the trial pressure safe protection device.
