YFA-FQ型沉水式（shì）液（yè）壓測試台分（fèn）為液壓係（xì）統、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等五大係統，由機架、水箱（xiāng）、左（zuǒ）右工作（zuò）盤、夾緊油缸、升降油（yóu）缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、低壓（yā）水（shuǐ）泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓（yā）控製係統、電氣控製係統、試驗壓力（lì）計（jì）量（liàng）等組成。

閥門強（qiáng）度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格（gé）閥門（mén）密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

¤適用於小（xiǎo）口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺（luó）紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件（jiàn）沉入水箱中，可（kě）上下升降及（jí）90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低（dī）壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗（yàn）介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測（cè）試台試壓（yā）介質（zhì）為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試壓安全保護裝置（zhì）。

¤可訂（dìng）配智能檢測數（shù）據管理係統。
