YFA-FQ型（xíng）沉水式液壓測試台分為液壓係統、電氣係統（tǒng）、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等（děng）五大係統，由機（jī）架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引（yǐn）油缸、翻轉油（yóu）缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管（guǎn）路及控製閥、低壓水泵（bèng）、高壓水泵、油泵及電機（jī）、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓（yā）控製係統、電氣控製係統、試驗壓（yā）力（lì）計（jì）量等組成。

閥門強度試（shì）驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥（fá）門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能（néng）試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊（jǐn）式工作，將試驗工件沉入水箱（xiāng）中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功能（néng），特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使用（yòng）。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試壓介質為水（shuǐ）、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試壓安全保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢（jiǎn）測數據（jù）管理係統。
