YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分為液（yè）壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係（xì）統等五大係統，由機架、水箱、左（zuǒ）右工作盤、夾緊油（yóu）缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉（zhuǎn）油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管路（lù）及（jí）控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係（xì）統、電氣控製係統、試驗壓力計量等組（zǔ）成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥門通徑（jìng）：DN15/100法蘭（lán）式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓（yā）式與（yǔ）頂壓壓（yā）緊式工作，將試驗工件沉入水箱（xiāng）中（zhōng），可上下升降及90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣體壓力（lì）試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統（tǒng）內配置高，低壓水泵供壓裝（zhuāng）置，試驗介質循環（huán）貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試壓介質為（wéi）水、氣，由（yóu）用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水（shuǐ）式液壓測（cè）試台設有試壓安全保護裝置。

¤可訂配（pèi）智能檢測數據（jù）管理係統（tǒng）。
