YFA-FQ型沉水式液（yè）壓測試台分為液壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統（tǒng）等五大係統，由機架、水箱（xiāng）、左右工作盤、夾緊油（yóu）缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油（yóu）缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管路（lù）及控製閥、低（dī）壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電（diàn）氣（qì）控製係統、試驗壓力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規（guī）格閥門密封試（shì）驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能（néng）試（shì）驗。

¤適用於小口徑（jìng）閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門（mén）的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾（jiá）爪抱壓式與頂（dǐng）壓壓緊（jǐn）式工作，將試驗工（gōng）件沉入水（shuǐ）箱中（zhōng），可（kě）上下（xià）升降及90度翻轉功能，特（tè）別適應氣體壓力試驗，操（cāo）作使用方便。

¤係統內配置高（gāo），低壓水（shuǐ）泵供壓裝置，試（shì）驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試壓介質（zhì）為水、氣，由用戶（hù）任（rèn）意（yì）選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試壓安全（quán）保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理（lǐ）係統。
