YFA-FQ型沉水式（shì）液壓（yā）測試台分為液壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等五大係統，由機架、水箱、左右工作盤、夾緊（jǐn）油（yóu）缸、升降油缸（gāng）、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及（jí）電機、試驗（yàn）介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控製（zhì）係統、試驗壓力計量等（děng）組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密封試（shì）驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進（jìn）行強度性能試驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥（fá）門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內（nèi）外螺紋式（shì）鍛鋼等（děng）閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工（gōng）件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及（jí）90度（dù）翻轉功能，特（tè）別適應氣體壓力試（shì）驗，操（cāo）作使（shǐ）用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循環（huán）貯存（cún）使用。

¤沉（chén）水式液壓測試台試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試（shì）台設有試壓安全保護裝置。

¤可（kě）訂配智能檢測（cè）數據（jù）管理係統。
