YFA-FQ型沉水（shuǐ）式液壓測試台（tái）分為液壓係統（tǒng）、電（diàn）氣係統、機械（xiè）係統、測壓係（xì）統、水箱係（xì）統等五大係（xì）統，由機架、水箱（xiāng）、左右（yòu）工作盤、夾緊油缸（gāng）、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移（yí）動油缸、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電（diàn）機、試驗介質控製（zhì）管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電（diàn）氣控製係統、試驗（yàn）壓力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑（jìng）規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試（shì）驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥門通（tōng）徑（jìng）：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式（shì）、內外螺紋式（shì）鍛（duàn）鋼等閥（fá）門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下（xià）升降及90度翻轉功能，特（tè）別適（shì）應氣體壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內配置高（gāo），低壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循（xún）環貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓（yā）測試台試壓介質為水、氣，由用（yòng）戶任（rèn）意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試壓安全保護裝置（zhì）。

¤可訂配（pèi）智能檢測數據管理係統。
