YFA-FQ型沉水式液（yè）壓測試（shì）台分（fèn）為液壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱（xiāng）係統等五大係統，由機架、水箱、左右工（gōng）作盤（pán）、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油（yóu）缸、試驗介質控（kòng）製管路及控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控製（zhì）係統（tǒng）、試驗壓力計量（liàng）等（děng）組成。

閥門（mén）強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規（guī）格（gé）閥門密封試驗（PN）的公（gōng）稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行（háng）強度性能試驗。

¤適用於小口（kǒu）徑閥門（mén）通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛（duàn）鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻（fān）轉功（gōng）能，特別適應（yīng）氣體壓（yā）力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係（xì）統內配置高（gāo），低（dī）壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測（cè）試台試（shì）壓介質為水、氣，由（yóu）用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台（tái）設有（yǒu）試壓安全保護裝（zhuāng）置。

¤可（kě）訂配智能檢測數據管理係統。
