YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台（tái）分為液壓係統、電氣係統、機械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等五大係統，由機架、水（shuǐ）箱、左右工作盤、夾緊油缸（gāng）、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥（fá）、低壓水泵（bèng）、高壓（yā）水泵（bèng）、油泵及電機、試（shì）驗（yàn）介質控製（zhì）管路及控製（zhì）閥、液壓控製係統、電氣控製係統、試驗壓（yā）力計量等組成（chéng）。

閥（fá）門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍（bèi）進行強度性能試驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接（jiē）式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功（gōng）能，特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操作使用方便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓水（shuǐ）泵供（gòng）壓（yā）裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試壓介質為水、氣，由用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式（shì）液壓測試台設有試壓安全保護裝置（zhì）。

¤可（kě）訂配智能檢測數據管理係（xì）統。
