YFA-FQ型沉水式液壓測試台分為液壓係統、電氣係統（tǒng）、機械（xiè）係統、測壓係統、水箱係統（tǒng）等五大係（xì）統，由機架、水箱、左（zuǒ）右工作盤（pán）、夾緊油缸、升（shēng）降油缸、牽引油缸（gāng）、翻轉油缸、移動油缸、試驗介質控製管路及控製（zhì）閥、低壓水泵、高（gāo）壓水泵、油（yóu）泵及電機、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓控（kòng）製係統、電氣控製係統、試驗壓力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（PS）是按各通徑規（guī）格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

¤適用於（yú）小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋（wén）式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力（lì）性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂（dǐng）壓壓緊式（shì）工作，將試驗工（gōng）件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣體壓力試驗，操作使用方（fāng）便。

¤係統內配置高，低壓（yā）水泵供（gòng）壓（yā）裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台（tái）試壓（yā）介質為水、氣，由（yóu）用戶任意選擇。

¤沉水式液（yè）壓測試台設有試壓安全保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理（lǐ）係統（tǒng）。
