YFA-FQ型沉水式（shì）液壓測試台分為液壓係統、電氣係統、機（jī）械係統、測壓係統、水箱係統等五大係統，由機架、水（shuǐ）箱、左右工作（zuò）盤（pán）、夾緊油缸、升降油缸、牽引油缸、翻（fān）轉油缸、移動（dòng）油缸、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、低壓水泵、高壓水泵、油泵及電機、試驗介質控製管路及控製閥、液壓（yā）控製係（xì）統、電氣控製係統、試驗壓力計量等組成。

閥門強度試驗（yàn）（PS）是按各通（tōng）徑規格閥門密封試驗（PN）的公稱壓力值(MPa)x1.5倍進行強度性能試驗。

¤適用於小口徑閥門通徑：DN15/100法蘭式、焊接式、內外螺紋式鍛鋼等閥門的壓力性能試驗。

¤兼備夾爪抱壓式與頂壓壓緊式工作，將試驗工件沉入水箱中，可上下升降及90度翻轉功能，特別適應氣體（tǐ）壓力試驗（yàn），操作使（shǐ）用方便。

¤係統內（nèi）配置高（gāo），低壓水泵供壓裝置，試驗介質循環貯存使用。

¤沉水式液壓測試台試壓介（jiè）質（zhì）為水、氣，由用戶（hù）任意選擇。

¤沉水式液壓測試台設有試壓安（ān）全保護裝置。

¤可訂配智能檢測數據管理係統。
